DEFINITION: Statewide Adjusted Medicaid Managed Care Rates, 2001. At the time of the survey, only 39 states including the District of Columbia offered capitated Medicaid managed care. Of those, 36 responded to the survey. Nebraska, Oregon, and Tennessee declined to respond.
