The percentages you see represent the strength (or likelihood) that a change in the topic variable is matched by a change in the listed variables below it. DEFINITION: The number of students in a state who are enrolled in a group or class that is part of a public school program, and is taught the year or years preceding kindergarten. These data are taken from the CCD State Nonfiscal survey.
