I have the same question as Sergei. What time period do these figures represent? The data is useless without that parameter.

Is this energy consumed per hour? day? per month? per year? per decade?

It will make more sense to give average power at which energy is consumed, i.e. just MkW (or more convenient GW since megakilo=giga).
