That's a proof that black males have a higher tendency to commit crimes than other races. The fact they grow up on poverty and delinquent/corrupt environments do not excuse the stigma many people have on them. So, THAT'S WHY the justice system still incarcerating the ones who dont care about the society.go to jail.
