The Val-d'Or Foreurs are an ice hockey team based in Val-d'Or, in the region of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada. The team, born in 1993, plays in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, member of the Canadian Hockey League. Among Foreurs former players are Roberto Luongo, Jean-Pierre Dumont and Steve Begin. They have been in the Memorial Cup twice, and lost in the 2001 finals. Their home arena is the Centre Air Creebec. Their franchise was granted for the 1993-1994 season.
