Uta Pippig (born September 7, 1965 in Leipzig) is a former German female long-distance runner, who won the marathon championships of the GDR in 1986 and 1987. She also won the Berlin Marathon in 1990, 1992 and 1995, the Boston Marathon (1994, 1995 and 1996) and the New York City Marathon (1993).
