It is 4 lanes between the Missouri River and the Linn County, Missouri/Macon County, Missouri line. There is ongoing road construction between the Linn County, Missouri/Macon County, Missouri line and Callao, Missouri that when finished will have a 4 lane highway running from Macon, Missouri to St. Joseph, Missouri.
