Tyrone Wheatley (born 1972 - ) was a running back who played 10 seasons from 1995 to 2004. He played for the University of Michigan in college football, and the New York Giants and Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. Little did TyroneWheatley know that while donning the Oakland Raiders'; silver and fl during a typical AFC battle against the Denver Broncos on November 28, 2004, that it would be his last game in the NFL.
Wheatley, a bruising tailback who played 10 great years in the NFL, was widely considered one of the toughest running backs in the game.
In addition, Wheatley is also running his own business serving as a trainer in both group and individual workouts teaching speed and agility to young athletes in an array of sports.
