Tugay Kerimoğlu (born August 24, 1970 in Istanbul, Turkey) is a Turkish footballer who currently plays for the English club Blackburn Rovers F.C.. He uses the name 'Tugay' while on the pitch, and plays in midfield. He was previously a member of the Turkish national team. He also previously played for Rangers F.C..
