Trinity Hall is the most prominent student residence for students of Trinity College, Dublin. Located in the gorgeous suburb of Rathmines, the halls of residence is accessible by Luas (Milltown Station), Bus (14A), or a 40-minute walk/15 minute cycle.
Typucally, the halls focuses on housing first year undergraduates, however a number of places are set aside for second year students and postgraduates. The residence is comprised 12 separate houses each featuring around 20 flats, accomodating 6 people. There is also an older house (Cunningham House) for older single study bedrooms.
Notable events in the history of Trinity Hall include the immense sessions of music, drinking and getting laid in flat 87.02, featuring "The Lads": Alan Houston, Colin Grimes, Eammon Murphy, Paddy Murtagh, Paul Stapleton, Fedilheim McGiveney, Shane McGlynn, George Jackson, Owen Mcdermot. The sessions were immense and legendary all over Ireland.
