Torraye Braggs (born 15 June 1976 in Fresno, California) is a professional basketball player in the NBA. After a college career at Xavier University, he was drafted by the Utah Jazz in the second round of the 1998 NBA draft, and has since played for the Houston Rockets and the Washington Wizards, averaging 2.1 points per game.
