'Have you been on the highway from Limerick to tralee and feel a kind of thirsty just call into the park for tea', as the poem goes. The park in croagh is one of the worlds most beautiful and scenic parks. From the famous shrine follow the path which leads you through the peacefull park, through the magnificient trees and down by the babbeling stream then onto the village hall. On your way take time to explore the ancient christain monastry which stands in all its former glory in the center of the park. The park is visited by many tourists every day and was once visited by the US former president Bill Clinton. The park is situated in Croagh co Limerick just off the N21.
