That whenever a society mires this pursuit in the name of sophomoric fraternity, it is the right of Honorable Men to seek and inherit the finest traditions of education in these United States, and establish a society befitting its station of Honor.

The student body has been coddled for far too long, developing an unhealthy dependence on a parental bureaucracy, namely the University Administration.
The Q society is, and of right ought to be, a free and independent society. The populace shall know the composition of The Q only when The Q deems it necessary or proper to notify the public of the several members, in whole or in part. And for the support of this society, with a firm reliance on the Protection and Wisdom of Divine Providence, the members pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their Sacred Honor.
