The GATE's Interview With TED RAIMI @ The 2004 Toronto International Film Festival (830 words)
Ted Raimi has been a working actor for years and years, but there is a restlessness in this energetic guy who speaks rapidly but thoughtfully on anything that comes to mind.
Raimi was also a regular on such shows as SeaQuest 2032 and has appeared in countless movies from a low budget Roger Corman film through the giant corporate Spiderman movies that were directed by his older brother Sam Raimi.
I sat down with Ted Raimi in a coffee shop in downtown Toronto, he is a tall, friendly, gregarious guy who loves a good conversation and can speak intelligently about just about any subject you care to bring up.
ORBzine - 2000.09 Ted Raimi (1240 words)
Ted's talk is preceded by a personalised video - a clip from the Hercules episode Yes, Virgina, there really is a Hercules where the writers propose their new series...
Ted explained that all the degrading things he put the volunteers through was nothing compared to the stuff that professionals in the industry have to do.
Ted spoke to his brother [not Sam, the other one], an ER doctor, who said that death is often virtually instantaneous.
