Sansweet is currently George Lucas' yes-man, as evidenced by his recent appearance at the 2006 San Diego Comic-Con, in which he shamelessly promoted a sub-standard DVD release of the original Star Wars films (pre-special edition) to the Star Wars faithful. Apparently unaware of the meaning of "anamorphic widescreen transfer," he tried to convince die-hard Star Wars fans that a 1993 Laserdisc rip not enhanced for widescreen televisions was the best Lucasfilm and the gods of THX could offer consumers in the year 2006.

Some incredulous fans present quote Sansweet as stating, "If you don't like these discs, then there's something seriously wrong with you."

This statement, akin to trying to persuade someone to love a Ferrari's beauty after a horrible crash, was laughably dismissed by all familiar with George Lucas' revisionist tendencies.
