Steve Konowalchuk (Born: November 11, 1972 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA-) is an American professional ice hockey leftwinger who plays for the National Hockey League's Colorado Avalanche. He was drafted by the Washington Capitals in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft, Third Round, Fifty-Eight Overall.

Konowalchuk, 33, a native of Salt Lake City, Utah was originally drafted by the Washington Capitals in the third round, 58th overall, in the 1991 Entry Draft.
