Stephen Hannock (1951- ) was born in Albany, New York and is a top American landscape painter. His education includes Albany Academy, Deerfield Academy, Bowdoin College, Hampshire College, Smith College, and Trinity Pawling School. A 2005 article in Fortune Magazine by Andey Serwer calls Hannock "the most accomplished and well-connected painter you've never heard of."
