Plot

With the help of technology, informers and moles, Haghi (Rudolf Klein-Rogge) leads a secret life as the head of an international spy ring. Agent No. 326 (Willy Fritsch) is ordered to uncover the ring, but he fells in love with Haghi's Russian spy, Sonya (Gerda Maurus).
