Sibulan Airport (IATA: DGTICAO: RPVD) is an airport serving the general area of Dumaguete City, located in the province of Negros Oriental in the Philippines. The airport currently has 6 daily take-offs and landings (aircraft movements). Cebu Pacific operates two daily flights to/from Manila while Air Philippines operates one daily flight to/from Manila.

Since the airport is relatively dormant for most of the day, airport personnel tend to be unprofessional at times. It is quite common to see airport personnel chatting with their colleagues in very loud voices. Sometimes, they can be rude and/or rowdy. Sometimes, male personnel raise their shirts or, at times, even take them off while inside the premises of the terminal.

The airport also lacks in-door or in-house food concessions. One needs to go out of the terminal building in order to buy food/food-items and/or drinks.

The pre-depature area is a bit antiquated and outdated. The lighting is dull and dim. Moreover, there are too few seats available that it becomes crammed at times.
