They were taking very high taxes, forced people to labor, and ravished women and girls. In March 1815, a lot of Serbs had several meetings and decided to declare a new revolt. Finally, on 23rd April 1815,on national council,it was decided of proclaiming a revolt. Milos Obrenovic was choosen for leader, and in that moment he spoke words, which became famous:"Here I am, and here you are a war against Turks.". When Turks foun out for a new revolt they signed order for killing all leaders, and final destruction of any revolt. Soon, Serbs have conquered whole Belgrade pasaluk,in battles at Ljubic,Cacak,Palez,Pozarevac and Dublje. In summer 1815. started the first negotiations between Milos and Marasli-pasa. Milos Obrenovic was wise and clever diplomat,so he managed to get some sort of half-autonomy for Serbs, and later 1816, Turkish parliament known as Porta signed several documents for reducing relations between Serbs and Turks. Finally,in 1817,Milos succseded to force Marasli-pasa negotiate an unwritten agreement, and with this The Second Serbian uprising was finished. The same year Karadjordje, the leader of first uprising came back to Serbia, and he was assasined by Milos' prescription. Also Milos got a title of a hereable prince.
