Ron Fair is an A&R, record producer and songwriter who has written hits for several artists, as well as being a record executive on the major label level, but is best known as a "guru/mentor" in guiding the career of unknown artists into superstars. Among the artists whom he has mentored include Christina Aguilera, Mya and The Black Eyed Peas. He is currently mentoring The Pussycat Dolls, and as a result their album is expected to be successful based on Fair's past mentoring experience.
