Renovation is the process of restoring or improving a structure. Two prominent types of renovations are; commercial and residential.

The process of a renovation, however complex, can usually be broken down into six processes. They are:

Planning is the (psychological) process of creating and refining a plan, or integrating it with other plans. ...
