Ralph Jones is the American football head coach for the NFL's Chicago Bears franchise from 1930-1932. After George Halas retired as a player and coach in 1930, Halas hired Jones to coach his team. During his tenure as head coach, Jones refined the T-formation by introducing wide receivers, tight ends, and a halfback in motion.
