Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada, is a suburb of Saint John which sits beside the town of Rothesay. Beside the town is the Kennebecasis River and behind the town is the smaller Hammond River. Quispamsis sits inside of Kings County. According to the 2001 Canadian census, Quispamsis has a population of 13,757.

The Town of Quispamsis is located in southwestern New Brunswick, 22 km northeast of the City of Saint John, situated along the scenic Kennebecasis and Hammond River waterways.
The Town of Quispamsis was incorporated as a Village in 1966, then later assumed Town status on December 22, 1982.
The name, "Quispamsis" was translated from the Maliseet language and means, "little lake in the woods", the lake being the present-day Ritchie Lake located in the center of town.
