Queens University of Charlotte is a private university in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. It was established in 1857 as a women's institute. It started admtting men after World War II, and is now a leading university in Charlotte. Its mission is to seek "national preeminence as a student-centered university that enhances the traditional liberal arts with career preparation to provide an education that is both intellectually challenging and practical."
