About Prosper

Prosper was a small rural town on Preston Road (SH 289) in North Texas about 6 mi (9 km) north of Frisco, Texas but in recent years – true to its name – it has prospered. Like its neighboring town, Celina about 4 mi (6 km) to the north, Prosper is growing quickly in terms of new home building (houses in the $200,000 to $1,500,000 range).
