Orange County Community College is a SUNY associated two-year college with its main campus in Middletown, New York. The college was founded in 1950. The college also provides service at Newburgh, Warwick, Port Jervis, and Central Valley.

South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD), Founded in 1967,is comprised of two separate colleges: Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California and Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California.
Located north of San Diego County and stretching from the Santa Ana Mountains to the Pacific Ocean, the District's 382-square-mile service area encompasses the southern half of Orange County, one of California's most scenic and rapidly growing regions.
The SOCCCD Board of Trustees is composed of seven trustees elected by the registered voters of the communities of south Orange County and one student member elected by the student body of Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College.
