Olde West Chester is an unincorporated town located in Butler County, Ohio. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 232. The area or neighborhood is a census-designated place and part of West Chester Township.

Olde West Chester is located at 39°19'56" North, 84°24'26" West (39.332107, -84.407229)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.9 km˛ (0.3 mi˛). 0.9 km˛ (0.3 mi˛) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.


As of the census2 of 2000, there are 232 people, 85 households, and 62 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 255.9/km˛ (666.8/mi˛). There are 91 housing units at an average density of 100.4/km˛ (261.6/mi˛). The racial makeup of the CDP is 91.38% White, 4.31% African American, 1.29% Native American, 1.29% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.29% from other races, and 0.43% from two or more races. 1.72% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 85 households out of which 41.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.8% are married couples living together, 11.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.9% are non-families. 15.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 4.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.73 and the average family size is 3.10.

In the CDP the population is spread out with 26.7% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 36.2% from 25 to 44, 23.3% from 45 to 64, and 8.6% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 37 years. For every 100 females there are 96.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 88.9 males.

The median income for a household in the CDP is $85,159, and the median income for a family is $87,187. Males have a median income of $45,357 versus $31,667 for females. The per capita income for the CDP is $29,342. 7.9% of the population and 11.9% of families are below the poverty line. Out of the total population, 0.0% of those under the age of 18 and 50.0% of those 65 and older are living below the poverty line.

West Chester Township, formerly known as Union Township, is a township located in the southeast corner of Butler County in southwest Ohio, one of thirteen townships in the county.
It is bordered on the east by the Warren County township of Deerfield and the city of Mason; on the south by the Hamilton County cities of Sharonville and Springdale; on the west by Fairfield Township and the City of Fairfield; and on the north by Liberty Township.
Some of the township is in the West Chester post office (45069) and the southeastern corner is served by the Sharonville office (45241).

The library was an old schoolhouse from the eighteen hundreds and a little girl was hit to death by her teacher.
The Cemetery is very old and has grave stones going back to the late 1800s/early 1900's and is very haunted But one of many is there is a family grave site where many people have said to have witnessed a young girl sitting over a grave crying(believed to be her mother).
Another site is of a 19 year old girls grave from the late 1800s, she is said to have been a preachers daughter but betrayed him in not believing the religion he taught, so her family disowned her and she killed herself.
