The company was created in 1998 by Telecom Italia and aquired in 2002 by LDCommunications. After numerous mergers and aquisitions of other infrastructure in France, Neuf began its accent to the top of the French telecom market by offering what was then one of the cheapest high-speed internet access in Europe.
