Hizballah's new forays and tactics are growing bolder and are approaching a point of no return. In March 2002, Palestinian gunmen under Hizballah command crossed into northern Israel at Matsuba and killed seven Israelis. Israeli security services recently arrested an Israeli citizen, Nissim Nasser, who was spying for Hizballah, providing photos and maps of targets for "mega-terrorist" attacks.
