Lord's Rendezvous - Captain Kofu (494 words)
Kofu picked up Frank on a routine ship-redirection to Peru under the assumption that he could get a better price for his cargo of powdered milk in Peru rather than the original shipment location of St. John's.
Of course, this required Kofu to repackage the shipment to resemble the world's purest cocaine, but this was a task easily accomplished for a man with connections like Kofu.
Kofu is also known as the key bellwether of a group of similar minded high seas lovers that is working to establish the world's first floating town that will attempt to be self-sufficient and under it's own governmental rule….he has called it Kofuville.
