Knightmare was an innovative game on the MSX system. The upward scrolling game became very popular. The top-view graphics were very sophisticated and a style quantum leap on the MSX platform similar to Nemesis and Penguin Adventure. The graphics required a Texas Instruments TMS9918 aware artist.
