Kinman Guitar Electrix is a small boutique Australian company that specializes in the design and manufacture of hi-tech innovative NoNoise pickups that solve noise problems as well as a line of No Soldering harness for electric guitar. Kinman was founded on a forward thinking principle and flourishes on technical challenges. One of it's most acclaimed products is the Kinman Hx pickup, a patented noiseless pickup design developed in 1996 by its inventor, Chris Kinman, as a direct drop-in replacement for Fender Stratocaster style single coil pickups. Most of the models in the Kinman line carry the designation AVn, an acronym for Authentic Vintage noiseless. Hx is an acronym for Hum cancelling. Kinman also invented a different technology in 1998 specifically to suit Telecaster guitars. That technology is centered around a revolutionary laminated steel H bobbin. It is made of 150 separate pieces of steel and is a world first in guitar pickups. Kinman claims his H-core performs over 200% more efficiently than an equivalent conventional coil. 1950s-style Telecaster with natural finish, with metal bridge cover removed. ...

More recently Kinman has developed a series of revolutionary NoSoldering Harness for Strats and Teles that makes it easy for guitar players who have no soldering equipment or skills to install Kinman pickups into their own guitar. The more versatile K9 Harness for Strats and Teles feature clever and unobtrusive switching system that facilitates 9 different but useful and distinctive sounds from the 3 pickups, all 9 combinations are no-noise.
