He was still accused of the false prediction even though it was out of his hands. Bolaris was chased out of Philadelphia soon after this and now can be seen in NYC.

The Future

In 2007, Bolaris was moved to weekend news and replaced by former soap opera actor Lonnie Quinn as WCBS's primary weather anchor. Bolaris is reportedly unhappy with his demotion and will exit CBS2 when his contract ends later this year[2]. According to Philadelphia Daily News, Bolaris may be interested in returning to Philadelphia this fall, possibly even to his old stomping ground NBC-10.[3] Bolaris appeared on Philadelphia's 94 WYSP's Kidd Chris Show which was live in New York City on Thursday, July 19, 2007, when asked by Kidd Chris if there was any chance of coming back to Philadelphia when his current contract ends Bolaris didn't rule it out. On Thursday August 30th 2007, The Philadelphia Daily News announced that Bolaris was joining Philadelphia's FOX 29 as FOX 29's chief meteorologist. Fox 29 responded by saying they had no announcments regarding Bolaris at this time. [4] For Philippine soap opera, see Teleserye. ...
