  • Interstate 295 (New Jersey) (also in Delaware), a bypass of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
  • Interstate 295 (New York), a connector route in eastern New York, New York
  • Interstate 295 (North Carolina), a planned bypass of Fayetteville, North Carolina
  • Interstate 295 (Rhode Island) (also in Massachusetts), a bypass of Providence, Rhode Island
  • Interstate 295 (Virginia), a bypass of Richmond, Virginia
  • Interstate 295 (Washington, D.C.) (also in Maryland), a connector route in Washington, D.C.

The 52.56 mile (84.59km) long Interstate 295 in Virginia is an eastern bypass of Richmond and Petersburg as well as a northern bypass of Richmond.
The southern terminus is a junction with Interstate 95 southeast of Petersburg.
Interstate 295 has another junction with Interstate 95 north of Richmond and continues westward to its other terminus at a junction with Interstate 64.
