Hainan Airlines Passenger Opinions about Hainan Airlines product and service standards (1726 words)
Hainan Airlines seems to be better than most other Chinese airlines in terms of service.
The first three were with Hainan (Xiamen to Xi'an, Xi'an to Beijing and Beijing to Shen Yang).
Another plus is that the Hainan Airlines have a complete service line where travel agency, hotel, and car rental were integrated in a streamlined booking process.
