Greg Eslinger (born April 23, 1983) is a former four-year starter at center for the University of Minnesota football team. A Bismarck, North Dakota native, Greg is expected to be drafted highly in the upcoming 2006 NFL draft. As a senior, he was awarded the Outland Trophy, which is given to college football's best interior lineman, as well as the Dave Rimington Trophy, awarded to college football's top center. Eslinger was a two-time Associated Press All-American (2003, 2005) and a three-time First Team All-Big Ten performer (2003, 2004, 2005). As of April 30, 2006, Eslinger has yet to be selected in the 2006 NFL Draft, even though he was projected to have been a late 2nd or early 3rd round selection.
