Biography

Goodridge made an immediate impression on MMA competition, winning his first two fights in UFC 8 to reach the final against Don Frye. Although he would lose this fight, he would return again for UFC 9 and UFC 10. After his second loss to Don Frye in the 1996 Ultimate Ultimate he would retire from UFC competition, and fight in many of the first PRIDE competitions. He retired from PRIDE competition due to alleged personal issues, and moved to K-1 Kickboxing events, as well as participating in the HEROs MMA promotion, where he still competes today. Goodridge is also reported to have defeated 1000 challengers in one hour in arm wrestling matches at an exhibition in Japan.
