The Garlic Jr. Saga is a short period in the fictional anime series Dragon Ball Z. Outline

From Movie #1 until the Garlic Jr. Saga, Garlic was stuck in the Dead Zone, but he was able to escape thanks to the power of his planet, the Makyo Star. Garlic Jr. proves his power by defeating his eternal enemy Kami, and by putting him in a bottle, together with Kami's servant, Mr. Popo. The battle takes place on Kami's Lookout, where Piccolo Jr. and Gohan fight Garlic Jr. and his new team of Spice Boys. The new Spice Boys are much stronger than the old ones, and Garlic Jr. even uses the Black Water Mist, that turns every Human on Earth that comes in contact with the Mist into mindless zombies. Piccolo Jr. is also afected after being bit by some of the zombies, and turns against Gohan. Later Kuririn also comes to the fight, but his strength is not enough. But Piccolo Jr. soon releases himself out of the Black Water Mist and attacks Garlic Jr., who grows into a giant using the power of the Makyo Star. In the meantime, Kami and Mr. Popo where released by Piccolo Jr., and then explain that the only way to negate the Black Water Mist's effects is to use the Holy Water. The Holy Water is in a dark place in the Universe, where Mr. Popo and Kami travel in an attempt to acquire the Holy Water. They fight evil spirits and guardians, but finally get the Holy Water to work and disolute the Black Water Mist. But Garlic Jr. wasn't defeated yet, and worst of all, thanks to his wish using the Dragonballs, he was immortal. But Gohan is just able to defeat him again and even kill him, because he wasn't immortal after all: he was only draining power from the dark side of the Universe (The Dead Zone). Mister Popo Mr. ... During this saga, short scenes of Vegeta are shown as he journeys to space trying to find Goku (still somewhere in space at the moment, due to the events of the Freeza Saga) so he can learn how to become a Super Saiyan.
Dragonball Z Garlic Jr.Saga (1140 words)
Garlic Jr steps out, and he fights Kami for a small while, with the Namek having the overall advantage.
Garlic Jr tells him that he is now under his control, and allows the Namek to attack the boy.
Piccolo couldn’t beat Garlic Jr because he kept fading, due to activity that was undergoing Kami, hurting him, and as the two Nameks are of one spirit, they both got hurt.
