The Galway Senior Hurling Club Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Galway Clubs. The winners of the Galway Championship winners qualify to represent their county in the Connacht Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship. The 2006 Galway Senior Hurling Champions are Loughrea who beat the 2005 Galway, Connacht and All-Ireland club football champions Portumna. History

The most successful Galway team as of 2006 are Castlegar who have won the championship on seventeen occasions, winning their last title in 1984.
