After the establishment of the Han Dynasty that lasted for 400 years and was considered one of the greatest periods in the entire history of China, to satisfy emperor Gao’s allies, mainly consisting of soldiers, laborers and craftsmen ,FEUDAL STATES were developed. Feudal States is the political exploitation of the economic means, limited by public laws, which the larger country is divided into smaller states. This guarantees to give protection to the lower class the right of being protected to the extent that they are kept working and paying taxes that they may fulfill their duty to the dynasty.
