Eliot Jardines is the first Assistant Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Open Source (ADDNI/OS). Assuming his position on 5 December 2005, he is responsible for the oversight of the Open Source Center (OSC) at the Central Intelligence Agency, and a number of other capabilities across the community that deal with open source information collection and exploitation.
