History

Drive Shaft formed in Manchester and experienced explosive chart success after their song "You All Everybody" became a hit in both the UK and the US. The band members battled drug addiction, eventually leading them to go their separate ways. After a long hiatus, Drive Shaft decided to reunite, and open for Meat Coat in the United States. The former lead singer, Liam, who was now living in Australia with a family did not want to rejoin the band. On his way to Los Angeles to start the tour, Charlie's flight (Oceanic Airlines Flight 815) crashed. Manchester is a city in the North West of England, UK.
