Oliver was right in one thing, it was this place, the atmosphere, it was like a journey in time, he just waited for Darren to appear on his doorstep and announce that they needed to talk.
Daniel couldn't remember why had he decided to take him there instead of the living room, why hadn't he told Oliver that they had a guest, why he told Darren that everyone left and forgotten to mention that his brother was home.
Daniel was surprised that his legs had managed to support him but yes, he was sure that he had been standing when Darren had wrapped his arms around his waist and had started to whisper words of affection straight into his ear.
