Scott feels that it is worth it, as it forces the reader to take a close look at the art.
Scott’s care for the character of Batgirl (as well as the female Robin, Stephanie Brown, who co-stars in the tale) is strong.
I got hooked on Damion Scott when he did a few issues of the Bat titles during No Man's Land, and I loved his style on the first 20 issues of Batgirl, so I was disappointed as his style evolved into the jointless, no-feet version of Batgirl through the end of his run.
