Career

Wiseman began his songwriting career working for Roy Orbison. From there, he began writing for more notable artists, including the musician Kenny Chesney, who was on the rise in 1997 . To date, he has written songs for such artists as Van Zant, Leann Rimes, Phil Vassar, Kenny Chesney, Trace Adkins, Aaron Tippin, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, and Brooks & Dunn. Much of his material has seen success, including McGraw's hit song Live Like You Were Dying, Chesney's The Good Stuff, Young, and Summertime, Van Zant's Nobody Gonna Tell Me What To Do, and Believe, co-written with Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn.
