The title given to this article is incorrect due to technical limitations. The correct title is C#Builder.

C#Builder, from Borland Software, is a computer program that allows programmers to create Microsoft Windows and Web applications for the Microsoft .NET Framework using the C# programming language.

A Rapid Application Development IDE, it uses the Microsoft provided Microsoft .NET Framework . A viable alternative to Microsoft's Visual Studio .NET 2003, it provides a way into .NET programming for Borland based shops.

It is unable to use the Compact Framework due to a combination of technical and licensing issues.

Also, its uptake is hampered by traditionally poor Borland marketing and poor pricing, as it is significantly more expensive than other more capable, alternatives.

QC#6286: Projects with zero length resource files fail to build (127 words)
It would be nice if a build ignored zero length resource files as vs.net appears to.
Open the enclosed project in csharpbuilder and build it.
The vs.net 2003 project that I imported from is also in the attachment as well
