Billy Davis served four years in the United States Navy, two of which were in Viet Nam. He was one of twelve senate members to take the Arizona Viet Nam Memorial from an idea to reality, at the State Capital in Phoenix. Working with Mickey Mantle he spearheaded the legislation to build the Del Webb Memorial Hospital in Sun City West, Arizona.

Mr. Davis currently serves on committees for charitable activities on the island of Rum Cay, Bahamas.
