I would have liked a little more "sound" and a little less music but the music was so good its hard to complain.
The deep hits of the ambience and slightly off-kilter "feel" to the sound of the room is right: something is going horribly wrong right in front of everyone.
Jacques Tati's films, "Playtime" for instance, have incredible foley sound effects, as the whole films are based on different sound levels within very complex scenes with several dozens of actors identified within the scene only through the particular noises they make...
Best sound card for audio recording. (1670 words)
If you purchase a sound card for audio recording or already own a good sound card for recording, the chances are it's not going to fit into motherboards very shortly (2-3 years time).
This is covered more deeply in my previous article on the types of recording setups which will help you to decide what sound card is best for your needs, and what other gear you are going to need in addition to the audio recording card.
Even if you DID purchase the best sounding audio-card if you only own cheap microphones and speakers the best sound card for recording audio would never be fully utilized.
