The Québec Remparts are a major junior hockey team of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. They are based out of Québec City, Quebec. The team plays its home games at the Colisée Pepsi. The Québec Remparts are considered as one of the most popular Canadian Hockey League team, as they regulary draw over 8000 per game. The franchise was granted for the 1990-91 season, and were known as the Beauport Harfangs, again based in Québec City Metro Area, before moving to Québec City in 1997. A different Québec Remparts team existed from 1969 to 1985. They moved to Longueuil to become the Longueuil Collège Français. In 1991 they moved to Verdun, and the franchise ended operations in 1994.
